Earl Grey Tea Cheesecake

Hey everyone....
I need some help! I honeymooned at WDW in 9/00 and had the most spectacular cheesecake at Narcoosee's. It was an Earl Grey Tea cheesecake and I have been searching for a recipe ever since, to no avail. Is there anyone out there who can help me find one? I would really appreciate your help!
