Ear infections

Today I really feel for kiddos with ear infections..especially cronic ones.

The same thing that made me lose my voice last week has settled in my ear. This morning I woke up with a very sore left ear. As the day went on it only got worse. I went to the doc as soon as I got home from work and sure enough.. an ear infection.

Hope these antibiotics kick in fast. This hurts!

Life long ear/sinus hell infection person here, not all ear infections can be treated with antibiotics, some are viral and some are resistant to drugs. Heck it seems less and less docs are willing to dive out antibiotics for stuff anymore. Some times its good sometimes its bad.

Try a heating pad and lay your ear on it for a while the heat and moisture in your ear can often help loosen things up and you will start to hear a poping and crackling sound then POP and feel things drain. Its kinda odd but once you know what that sound is you know its almost over.

Also keep an eye on ear infections I had one that turned into spinal miningitis very very bad :-(
