Eagle Point

[Whisky In A VAse]

Looking at booking my villa for April and one of them is at Eagle Point.
Does anyone have any comments good and bad about this community.

Hi,

No real negatives, I have driven around the development before but not actually stayed there.
Have done so at Cumbrian Lakes which is very closeby, and where we also stay this year.
Decent location and within fairly easy reach of everything.

If you see a home you like on there I can't think of any real reasons why it isn't a sound choice, the homes all look modern and the area is kept clean and looked nice when I visited it.

We have stayed at Eagle Pointe twice. We had no problems, always had a villa with a lake view. It is close to all attractions and restaurants on the 192. We prefer this area better than Windsor Palms, Windsor Hills etc. We always stay at Cumbrian Lakes now, gated community and newer villas.

although we havent stayed at Eagle point, Poncianna Boulevard is a great area to stay in my sil has stayed further up at Cumbrian Lakes, that as said is a nice villa estate, a mixture of residential and holiday villas, the one she stays in backs onto a wooded area, lovely villa!!
