I've sold luggage in the past, and I've found that I prefer the Ricardo Big Sur. Here's an example:

A 24" is good for a weekend trip, or 4 days. if you want more than 4 days, or wear a lot of clothes, you'll need a 26 or 28. When I travel for 4 days for example, I take 1 extra pair of pants, all the unders, and 5 shirts. The only problem with the 28"-30" is they get heavy FAST. I pack light, just to make sure I only have to use a 26" at most. I haven't used anything bigger in about 5 years, because it's just too much to pack around.
Another good brand is travel pro. Travel Pro was the first luggage to do the rolling deal. In fact, it was created by a pilot who wanted rolling luggage with a pulling handle. He created it in his garage, and when other airline people saw it, they asked him for some. He ended up making it for them, and then turned it into a company. I see lots of pilots and attendents using it.
I still prefer Ricardo over Travel Pro. Travel Pro is a bit more expensive, and it holds up about the same. Ricardo in their lugages puts a clear plastic section (much like your bigger clothing section). This is for your dirty clothes, and I love it. If anything is wet or sticky, I'll stick it in there as well so it doesn't get on the cloth part of the luggage.
Both of those brands include very good nylon mix coating on the outside. The weave is very strong, and I've never had it rip; even my cat took her claws to my Big Sur one day, but you couldn't tell where. It holds up extremely well. The other thing you look at are the corners. In some luggage, the corners are just...there. With Ricardo and Travel Pro, the corners have some extra edges; normally black hard plastic. This helps keep your luggage corners from tearing.
Travel Pro has wheels taht you can remove and replace; this is good if you ever need to. The Ricardos did not have that as a couple years ago, when I was selling it.
I will say congrats on choosing the more expensive luggage though. Many people go for the "3 pieces for 99.99!" or even "7 pieces for 99.99!" This is refered to as "one trip luggage" because the first time you put it on the plane, it gets destroyed. When you get higher quality luggage, you do pay for the luggage to actually stay in one piece.
Wow I said a lot, and didn't really answer your question about the luggage you linked!
I don't know anything about it though, sorry
