E Ride Nights

I've never heard if this:

Disney offers a special feature for it’s resort guests or guests of the Hilton in Downtown Disney or the Swam/Dolphin hotel, though only at certain times of the year. A day’s paid admission to the Magic Kingdom plus an extra fee (around $12) will grant you after-hours admission where most of the popular attractions remain open. Usually you can walk right on to all rides with little or no wait. Inquire about E-Ride Nights at the front desk of your hotel.

When is this offered, is there anywhere online to see an upcoming schedule of these nights?

Where did you read this? E ride nights have been gone for a while, maybe 5 years.

Extra Magic Hours replaced it and is open to all Disney owned resorts guests for free, plus a few others like the Swan Dolphin and maybe one other DTD hotel.

The schedule is listed any where the schedule is posted. Here's a few.

I think you will get a few responses from people who have done both and they will say how they miss the old E ride nights. When they did them, they limited the number of admissions to I think 10,000. Now that its free and open to all on site guests, at least at the beginning of EMH time its a lot more crowded.

Oh how I wish they had kept e-ride nights instead of EMH. It was so great! Less crowds and well worth the extra $10-12. It was only at MK park.

I am familiar with EMH, but hadn't heard of the e ride nights, probably because it doesn't exist any more. It came up during a google search.

YEp, they stopped it about 8 years ago. It was a better deal than EMH all the way round.

Interesting that when that brochure was printed, TTA and Country Bear Jamboree were among "9 of the best rides in the park." Now CBJ is all but abandoned, in need of rehab and not worth gussying up for Christmas.
