E-ride night

We are planning on going to WDW the last week of June up to 2 July, 2003. Is this way to early to find out when e-ride night is? Is there a pattern that certain nights being e-ride night, kinda like early entry days have a pattern? Thanks and can't wait to go. God Bless our Men and Women in Uniform.
