I don't know if anyone else has had issues w/E-Rewards and found their reward system a bit of a rip off...

I've been doing E-Rewards for about a year now and decided to redeem my points for a $25 certificate to Ebags in order to buy a new suitcase for my upcoming WDW trip next month. Then, Mousesavers posted their offer of 20% off most items at Ebags, which was going to save me even more money! Add that to the free shipping Ebags offered w/purchases over $75 and I was set! EXCEPT I found that you can't use your E-rewards certificate with any other offer...so that meant no 20% off or free shipping. I would get a better deal by getting the 20% off and free shipping! I really didn't think that was fair...my $25 certificate should be worth $25 regardless of what the cost of the items is. So I emailed E-Rewards and shared my opinion with them, which will probably be useless, but I felt better!

I have found it to be a big pain, also. I lost an reward email and they would never answer any of my emails about it. Couldn't even tell me that I was SOL. Their rewards aren't that great either. I still do it, but don't make much effort to give them good info. Figure it isn't worth my time.

Yeah, I hate that so many of the rewards are just money-off coupons. :( I also hate that you can only redeem for Blockbuster once every 12 months.

Of course, they *are* slightly better than RewardTV, which is IMPOSSIBLE to redeem for. Don't get me started on them .... grrrrr.....

Has anyone redeemed for the $100 off a Universal Studios vacation? I was wondering if there was some catch to it.

I keep forgetting to use my Blockbuster certificates. I've probably wasted 5 of them by now. I usually get free movies from the library instead. Everytime I do go to BB they are always out of the one I want.

Totally agree. Stopped doing this program about a year ago. I used to get Blockbuster Rewards, but they just aren't worth it anymore.

We exchange for Hilton points, but with DH and I both doing e-rewards, we can't both transfer points to Hilton in the same 3 month period.

I have to agree with others who posted here. I don't like their "rewards". Annmarie

Have to agree with everyone as well. You can only redeem a particular reward once a year and there's only a few rewards they have that I want to work toward. It's too bad they won't let you redeem them for Web Certificates where you have a lot more flexibility in getting something you want.

Amen to that!

I've gotten the blockbuster rentals and hilton points. The reward options are limited, but the points are easy to get. And I've gotten free stuff to evaluate for surveys.

I second that emotion! I won't even do E-rewards now, it's not worth my time!
