Hi
Does anyone know if the Swan or Dolphin are accepting Entertainment Rates for 2004? If so, what kind of rate did you get? I am trying to figure out where to stay for our May trip.
Thanks for any help,
ADP :)

I was quoted a Entertainment Book rate of $162.50/night for the end of May (with the exception of some dates around Memorial Day Weekend)

Good luck with your dates. :)

I was quoted the same $162.50 + tax + resort fee for our 2/27 -3/6 trip. It's also the same price if you have AAA.

I was quoted the same as above. SweetPea we are going to be there on the exact same dates.

Any chance you are going for cheering??? My step-daughters have competition on 2/29, however we are staying far far away from the cheerleaders!!!

I just made a reservation at the dolphin with the entertainment rate of 147.50 plus tax. Two days before I made the reservation I was quoted this price but did not make the ressies right then instead telling the reservationist I needed to first talk to my friends. Would this rate be good the next day? She said yes. Well I called back the next day to make the ressies and would'nt you know they quoted me the 162.50 +tax. I was really upset that I was quoted another price and I argued(nicely) with her about it. She kept asking me who I spoke to but I could'nt tell her because I did'nt catch her name. I kept making these loud sighs and I kept saying that I could'nt belive that in 24hrs it had gone up. Finally she said I must have been misquoted and that if I made the reservation at that time she would honor the 147.50 rate. I said o.k. and then she said she would make sure that I get a lake view room for all my trouble. I said great. I also asked for a renovated room and she said that she would put us on the 7th or 8th floor. Now I have read on these boards that they don't assign rooms until the Fri. before you get in so I don't know if this will pan out or not. Then I thought while I was at it I would put in a request for a balcony too.She said she coul'nt guarentee that but she would put the request in for me. Hey I thought what have I got to lose? Also when I got my confirmation from the Dolphin it said 147.50 a night. Lake View room. This was all made for June so since it is so far ahead I will call and ask for everything again right before I leave. Good luck and I hope I was of some help to you. Sharon

No, we are just going for a vacation. My kids are 5 and 2. We were originally going to stay at CBR, but then I got the entertainment rate for the Dolphin at the same price. I have never stayed there before but from what I read it will be nice. Where does the cheering competition take place?

Cheer competition will be held at WOS at Milk House. The girls are staying at All Star resorts, which is why we are staying at the Dolphin!!

See you there!

pjsmice.... I had a similar situation in regards to the rate I got for the Dolphin.

I was originally quoted the $162.50 rate for the Dolphin, Aug 04...ok, fine. I called back a couple days later to check the rates for the Swan. The girl said that would be a little higher...$162.50, I said but that is the rate I received. She said that was wrong and the Dolphin was a lower rate of $147.50 and booked me at that rate! So, I'm not sure what the mixup is exactly with these rates.... but I'm not complaining!!!
