I just got an e-mail from RPR from Dale McDaniel General Manager welcoming us to the Royal Pacific, which will be next Sunday. I can see it was a "form letter", but I think this is great customer service! It tells about the different things going on at RPR and includes phone numbers for questions or ressies. This really makes the wait exciting!
