E-mail address to complain about BCV check-in?

Anyone out there know of an e-mail or snail mail address that I can write a letter to to voice my displeasure over a 6:30 P.M. check-in time for BCV?

Good luck, I addressed a concern to her in early September and still haven't heard back other than the standard "we are looking into this and will get with you as soon as we can."

Good luck! I sent a letter to Carli D. in August about my July BCV experience--still have not heard a thing.
 
I guess I am impatient. Jackie L. was handling things back in May. I called her when we returned from our BCV nightmare. She returned my call within a few days. I never even thought to write, I just called.
