E-amiled CR concierge have not heard back!

As any one else had a problem trying to get in touch with The CR concierge? They sent me the planning guide in the mail and said fill it out or email them. I emailed and have not heard back. I guess I hate to make a pest of myself. I have always had quick responses from concierge at the YC, Poly,AKL, and GF.

We had difficulty with CR concierge before. Keep e-mailing. They will respond!

I agree that you should keep e-mailing them and you would not be a pest, because you're paying extra for the service they offer and you should get your money's worth. If for some reason they still don't respond try calling them and see what happens.
