I understand Universal tickets can have different prices depending on the days that you are going. But, do they also change (go higher) as you get closer to the date of the ticket? For example, my family will be going to Universal in October. I can see what prices are right now for the days we'll be there and type of ticket we're targeting. But, if I wait until say, a few days prior to our targeted dates, is there the possibility that the prices could have moved higher? Or, is the price I'm seeing currently for those October days going to be what the price will be much closer to the actual date? Thanks!

I wish I'd taken closer note, taken screen shots, but I waited to buy a 1 day ticket this past summer, and I'm pretty sure it went up $10, maybe $20, by the time I bought it. I didn't buy until 2 days before, and thought it was higher when I'd looked several weeks prior.

Prices never go down for the most part. If they do its because people cancelled already reserved tickets or something else makes them think they are going to do worse. That pretty much never happens anymore at Universal or Disney.
