Dying To Share Photos

Help me out, please! I am dying to share some of our photos and am unable to post attachments. What do I need to do? Do I need more posts? Do I need to do the "please let me attach photos dance"?

Are your photos loaded to an online photo server like Photobucket?

Yes, shutterfly, and I've been coached on how to share some photos that way.

But how is it that other DISers can just add a photo to their post without an additional link?

once you have the "link" to the photo, and you are ready to post...there is an icon above your message box that is yellow and looks like a mountain. Click on that and another little box will pop up, paste your photo link in there and click okay.

you need the link to the actual picture

as an example...I found a picture on the web:

this is the link: http://www.tombraider4u.com/puppy-pictures/cute-puppy.jpg

and if I put

after it (which is what the yellow box does automatically for you)

you get this:
