DxDP vs PremiumDP vs PlatinumDP

I can't find anywhere that tells me the differences between these three dining plans.

The DxDDP is strictly a dining plan.

The Premium and Platinum plans include a dining plan, but there are additional sports, recreation, and tours to choose from.

Here's a link to the DxDDP, Premium and Platinum Plans for 2013 and 2014. Note that the restaurant lists are not complete for 2014 because the third party owned restaurants have until the end of this year to finalize their contracts with Disney.
