DXDP and Quick Service meal

On my previous visit to WDW we had the DXDP, which was great for us. And one of the great things was we could get a QS meal, which came with a side as well, which we utilised to share. Is this still the case, so the same as TS - basically - starter, entree dessert?? Hope this makes sense. TIA

For a QS meal you only get an entree and beverage even when using a DxDDP credit. There is no appetizer or dessert component so it is generally a poor use of a DxDDP credit. For the entree you get everything that is included in the description of the entree which may or may not include a side. Any sides that are listed in a separate section of the menu or has a separate price point will have to be purchased separately.
