We will be 2 adults and 2 children age 9 and I just thought if they don't use all of there snack credits can we (parents) use them at Food & Wine ? Would we have to use their MB to get the meal and can they use a quick srvice at a booth if we choose too ?

Unless its different for kids all of the snack credits should be lumped together so they will never know who is using what snack credits. When I went almost 8 years ago with another family my son used some of the other families snack credits because he thought we had so many left over. He use to love the McDonalds fries

All of the dining credits are linked to the room and not to each person so anyone in the room can use any of the credits.
