DxDDP credit pooling

I"ve been reading a few threads mentionning that credits for adult and child are pooled together while other people say it 's not.

My dh and I will eat or share sometimes while the girls won't be with us and other times, I'm sure the girls will be hungry and we won't and they will eat or split meals. I there any way that they can tell us how many adult and children credits are left seperatly on our KTTW at any giving time or do I really need to keep track of them. I just don't want to be in a situation that I think I still have 2 adults and get to the restaurant to find out at check out we only have 1 left because if that was the case, we would have shared. I know that on the DDP, it says 3 Adults TS 5 children TS is it the same with DXDDP?

I'm hoping it's seperated.

Which mean I could screw up and other an adul meal am not supposed to and they wouldn't know better. I'm starting to like this plan less and less. Don't like the idea of tracking credits.

Wonder if they realize how much people could take them for a ride with such plan.

It's that way for the the same reason CS credits are pooled -- there are still CS locations that don't have a separate kids' menu.

CS credits and DxDP meal credits pretty much rely on the honor system -- and it seems to work fine as long as people don't intentionally go out of their way to abuse it. Any "losses" Disney takes is probably more than offset in labor and goodwill that all of the confusion about being improperly charged an adult credit fo a child meal would cause.

Honestly, I'm surprised they haven't finished imposing kids' menus across the board yet. But until they do, this is the way it has to be.
