We have reservation at T -REX and I was wondering is this dessert included on the DxDDP plan
Chocolate Extinction (for Four).

My understanding is that you would have to have four people present, all on the Dining Plan, and all sharing that one dessert, and even then, it is at the discretion of the manager. I know that Rainforest Cafe denied the same sort of dessert for a dining plan couple when they tried to order a dessert marked as "for two" a few months ago, but YMMV of course.

This is correct. The chocolate extinction at TRex requires 4 people using 4 dessert credits to get it. Otherwise, you have to pay out of pocket. The sparkling volcano at Rainforest Cafe requires 3 people using 3 dessert credits.

Is that 3 or 4 credits each or all together?

That's 4 different people on the DDP using their dessert credit for that meal to order the chocolate extinction. Basically, if you don't have 4 people dining together and all on the DDP (or DxDDp), you can't order the chocolate extinction for your dessert, unless you pay for it out of pocket. Same for the volcano at RC, except it's 3 credits.

Thank you.. just sounded good and I was wondering if it can be done. Yes we will have four people with us not sure though if I want to use four credits

Just keep in mind that if you're on the dining plan and you're eating there, you're going to have to use 4 dessert credits there for something....might as well be that. Unless, of course, your family wants to mix and match desserts there.

Wow... I never thought of that so your right thank you. Now I have something to think about..lol.

If 3 of you want to try it, you could use the 4 credits for it and pay OOP for the one individual dessert which would be cheaper.
