They have really good deals on Florida seasonal and annual passes! I wanted to know if anyone has used them before, and what your review of them would be?

I've never heard of them nor used them.
BUT - The Better Business Bureau has and gives them an A- rating. They've had 7 complaints at the BBB in the last 3 years, 2 in the last 12 months and the BBB has had a file on them for, looks like, about 7-8 years. Honestly, considering the number of people who go to Disney and are looking for 'deals' - An A- rating seems pretty good, to me.
Now be aware that Maple Leaf Tickets is also known to the BBB and they get an A+ rating, with zero BBB complaints in the last 3 years. Is it because DWTickets is so bad or just that no one has bothered to ask the BBB for assistance with Maple Leaf? Who knows.
