DW website seems to be hosed.

I have tried twice this morning to check some prices and first time it said the site was having difficulties try back later, later I tried and it looked ok but when I would select a resort it would come back to the preceding page and say select something other than "no Prefference" so I assume it is still screwed up.

Anyone else having problems with it today?

I was trying to get a rate yesterday and it was messed up also.

I had problems with it yesterday. The images were off-center or partly cut off and ultimately it said my quote wasn't available due to tech. difficulties.

It's been a little tempremental yesterday and today. "Try back later" can be in less than a minute, since the system isn't down. I have been doing it a minute apart for days now (I am a TA) and it usually works the 2nd or 3rd time.

yesterday the prices it was quoting were way high.

I have been having the same trouble for a month now. I thought it was my computer as my husband just updated to the new explorer.
I clickon the live help, and they were no help.

Yes, I've been having trouble too.

1) It keeps defaulting to 1 adult (instead of 2)
2) It shows errors for check-in and check-out dates
3) It freezes on the page where you select the resort

I had a little luck this afternoon, but it looks like it brought me back to the "old" version of the site.

I finally got in to the site tonight and it looks like a totally different booking site. So maybe that was what it was all about, trouble is now they are quoting a rate for the package I have through AAA that is Less than the AAA rate and so I have shot off an email to the AAA agent asking for an explanation why they are higher than Disney.

That should be interesting.

This happened to us last yr with the AAA rate actually being higher so we booked through Disney instead.

I asked a similar question on the codes and rates board. I haven't been able to use the Disney web site in days. It keeps freezing up whenever I get to the choose a resort page.

I was having trouble getting rates on Christmas. Finally gave up and called a CM. What we reserved the room for was $50 less then what the site said so be careful if you book online!!!

I was having site troubles a few weeks ago - the daily scheduler in the My Vacation section was a bit distorted and had no info that I had input earlier. I sent an email to tech support and this is the reply...

"Due to problems we have seen with IE7, we have not upgraded to IE7 as of yet. Our site is designed specifically for IE6. Any changes that are necessary to support IE7 will not be done until we as a company have completed testing the application and certify the browser for use. We apologize for the inconvenience."

All of my computers have IE7 so I can no longer update my info.
