Just returned from a one week vacation. Visited all the parks and had a great time.
The crowds were bearable except for making the mistake of visiting the magic kingdom on Monday!

We were surprised to see so many school age children each day at the parks.

Is this a scheduled time off for some schools in the US or Canada?

I know up here in the Northeast schools were out the last week of Feb. However my daughters school district had this past week off as well (supposed to move into new school buildings but not finished yet). I came across alot of families that traveled down there last week, including my broher in law and his family.

A lot of schools were out for spring break last week. They were worried about not getting the week off because of snow days. My daughter has spring break from college this week. We are suppose to be there but we had to cancel, boo.

We were there at the same time-my husband was telling me everyone must be reading the same guides that I was. I told him that I thought the numbers of people there were just higher than normal for that time of the year. We went to Sea World on Monday. We did MGM on 2/26 until suppertime and then went over to MK-I would say that that day and 3/4 were the most crowded. It was a little crazy! Hope you had as much fun as we did! I'm in my post Disney blues now...
