Anyone have any info on this place: dwtickets.com? Their prices seem too low to be legit.

I saw that, but I'm wondering if it's one of those shady places where the tix don't work all the time, or they pressure you into a timeshare pitch.

We've got APs, but my BIL is thinking of joining us and was considering buying his tix here.

"Timeshare pitch" tix are generally listed at a MUCH lower cost as a come-on.

Once 6.5% tax is added, the prices are getting close to those at the gate. Tell your bil to check out Undercover Tourist. Their prices are probably the best - free shipping and tax included. Many people on these boards use them. (If you go through a mousesaver link they are cheaper still. I don't know how to send that to you, but I'm sure someone else here does.)

Given that a 7-day base is only $5 cheaper than gate, it doesn't sound fishy to me...sounds typical, actually.

Hmm, they are still more expensive then Florida Resident tickets, I'd get suspicious if they were cheaper than Fl resident tickets though. But I'd tell you to use Undercover Tourist, I've never used it (I get Fl resident tickets) but many here do and I haven't heard complaints about them.
