DW tickets-buying onsite-FP questions

Hi,

Due to some budget concerns we probably won't purchase our tickets until we arrive at the resort- I know you can order your FP ahead of time, but how horrible (or are FP gone) will we be out of luck for FP?

We plan on doing one park on 2/14 one park 2/15 and another 2/16. I wish we could plan ahead, but don't see if happening.

Any pixie dust thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

From my understanding, you should be fine trying to do same day FP depending on which ones you are looking for. Just keep in mind that the headliners could be a problem. Here are the big ones in each park:

AK: Flight of Pandora

MK: Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Peter Pan (even though this ride is old, the ride capacity is low and people still really like it so sometimes the FPs are hard to find at the early times)

EPCOT: Frozen Ever After, Test Track, and Soarin

HS: Slinky Dog Dash

If I've left any out other DISers please chime in! Keep in mind the rides that are important to you and the moment you get your tickets, trying reserving those FPs. GOOD LUCK!

Rope drop each park for the E-rides then fast pass what you can get. Get the fast passes starting about 10:00 am and work them back to back so as to get the first three done by noon. That gives you the rest of the day to work MDE for more fast passes.

If you wish to ride Flight of Passage arrive at least an hour before rope drop on a non EMH morning. Same with Slinky Dog and Seven Dwarfs. Most of the rest can be gotten as same day FP or ridden in the first 2 hours after rope drop. You could also ride the last thing before park closing to lessen your wait times for the most popular ride at each park.
