DW 30th B-Day/4th Anniversary help with ADR

I am giving my DW a surprise trip to Disney in January for her 30th birthday and our 4th anniversary. It is just the two of us and we have never been together and I want this to be a special trip. I have signed up for the deluxe dinning plan and mad the Following ADR

Lunch
Kona Café
LTT
Coral Reef
Brown Derby
LeCellier

Dinner
Artist point
California Grill
Jinko
Yachtsman
Flying Fish
Narciissee’s

Questions

Is dinner at CG for 7:30 to late for the fire works at 8:00?

Is dinner at Narcissee’s for 5:55 to late for fire works at 6:30?

Would you give up a signature dinner for V&A and if so witch one?

Is V&A worth the $300 price on top of the deluxe DP price?

Any other suggestions to make it magical will be greatly appreciated

CG - No way on earth thats too early. Just tell your waiter and you can pop out on to the balcony area after youve had a drink and possibly apertisers (depending on the speed of service). The best view is from outside on the roof balcony rather than from your table unless you luckily get one right at the far end.

Again Narcossa youll be sitting just in time for the fireworks so I think that's OK.

Never done V&A for the express reason that I am so fussy at eating I would end up having to have something plain and it wouldn't be worth it.

These are lovely choices and your times will be perfect. You will seated and beginning your meals at the fireworks times which is perfect! You can see the fireworks from your table at CG and Narcossees and if your view isn't perfect, you can just get up for a few minutes to see.

Great dinner choices, I've been to all except AP (next trip) and every one has been excellent. I would drop one for V & A though but not sure which one.
