DVD's of events?

I was reading another thread and it got me thinking. I know there are some shows that you can't video, like Country Bear Jamboree, but I would really love to bring something back for my DD2 to watch or remember those things by. Do they sell a video or DVD of some of these events?

I don't remember the name of the video, but the shops have a general DISNEY WHERE THE MAGIC LIVES video. I haven't seen this, but have looked at it. It appears to be a more in depth video than the general planning video.
