I just checked TTS websites. It seems that BCV resales are going for ~85 per point. No wonder Disney ROFR'd Disneydawn for 78 per. But, there really is no logic to how Disney does this.

DVC is simply trying to make it unpredictable, keep the price per point up on resale and make it such that anyone wanting to buy has no real reason to buy resale other than maybe home resort. Ever since they've been buying them back, they've bought one contract and let another better one go through.

I've been on the wrong end of this both ways. Had DVC buy a 220 Pt BWV contract we were trying to purchase and just had them take the OKW I'm selling.
