I am again unable to get onto the website. I wanted to do some looking at booking some ADRs, but it is saying I the site is taking to long to respond. I had this problem last month, multiple calls to Member services, and now again it is coming back. Does anyone else ever see this message?

I just logged in with no problem..

Do you have high speed internet? What are you using? Internet explorer? safari? mozilla?

Are you already signed into another disney site? Try signing out of that one first

Hmm... when I try to go to dvcmember.com using Safari on a Mac, I get a page with the DVC headers, etc., but that says:

We're sorry.

The page you are trying to access is currently not available.

Been trying since last evening and still getting it this morning. If others are able to get in OK, now I am wondering if it something on my end...

same problem continues. I use Mozilla, high speed. I never have any web problems, so I know it is their stupid site!

The connection has timed out

The server at dvc is taking too long to respond

I had that problem for half of last week. What finally worked was to go to disneyworld.com, click logout. Then go back to dvcmember.com and it allowed me to log in fine.

Try Google's Chrome browser. It is faster than any browser out there. The WWW will never be fully compatible with Safari, no matter how much Apple wills it to be. I've never had anything not work on Chrome like I have with Safari. Sure Google probably tracks your every move, but so is the Department of Homeland Securtity :rotfl2:

Many who have this issue are still logged into at least one other Disney site, albeit unknowingly.

This is what worked for me (I use Firefox & IE both and have high speed wired internet and often use wireless options as well):

Clear all cookies, cache & history.

Go to www.disneyworld.com and log in and then out. Be sure to wait for the pages to fully load before logging in or out.

Then try www.dvcmember.com

Once I did that I was OK. I am now very careful too log out of every Disney site when I am done.

HTH.

Thank you CarolMN and zeferjen! That worked like a charm. Did not realize that I *was* signed into another Disney site!

Make sure you log out each and every time you use any Disney site. That's what I do, and knock on wood, I haven't had any problems since I started doing that.
