DVCMember.com problem

I can log onto DVCMember.com but since the annual dues have been loaded I am unable to see any information at all relating to my membership. No contract details, annual dues etc., upcoming reservations, previous reservations and also unable to check availability for booking new vacations. I have two contracts - BCV and VGC.

I reported it to MS on the telephone 11/27 and chased it up today on live chat and was told it is 'a known issue to which they still do not have a resolution. :confused3

I'm just wondering if anyone else is affected by this problem in the hope that they might hurry up and fix it is lots of members are affected
 
I'm running Win 7 and Google Chrome for my browser. It's working fine for me. What is your system configuration?

But it could also be a glitch affecting UK or non-US IP addresses. If it persists, I'd call Member Services.

I reported it to MS a week ago and chased it up again today. I have had no problem on the site until they loaded the last lot of annual dues. The original CM I reported it to referred to her supervisor and seemed to think that it may have been due to problems they had loading VGC dues but I have no idea what that supposition was based on.

I am running Windows 7 and use both IE and Google Chrome. I can log into DVCmember.com but no information relating to my membership is available.
 
Annual dues? Mine aren't showing yet....
 

I believe the OP is referring to 2013 dues for VGF. 2014 dues will not be official until after the annual condo meeting next week.

Ahhh..thanks! I'd didn't think the condo mtg happened yet

That was my understanding but the CM I spoke to was referring to a recent download exercise relating to annual dues, but she was just repeating something she had overheard in a conversation between an IT department and her supervisor. It's very confusing :confused3
 
The website is still largely inoperable this morning from 8 AM until now. Strange things happening---seven minutes to get to the login page, after putting in userid and pw it sends me to a panel that, in effect, indicates I am a brand new user and should establish a linked userid and pw, etc. We have owned at BWV since 1999 and I am a frequent user of the site.

I finally got to the option of booking a resort (at 8:35 AM) only to click on the link and be told the service is 'unavailable'. Now, couldn't that piece of information be given to the user at the outset? Maybe the user wouldn't have lost 35 minutes of prime time morning opportunity to do something more productive in life.

As a former IBM employee I am astounded at the lack of accountability to the user so often with Disney IT.

BTW, tried several browsers including Chrome, Safari, and IE10.
