How can it be soooo bad?

I have about a 20% success rate at best. (thats just logging on)

I will have no problems at 5:00 and blank white screen at 5:15.

Hey Disney get your @#$% together.

Sorry for the harsh post but who engineers this mess and what are they charging? If it's more than my 8 year old's allowance they're overpaid.

Again my apologies, I'm normally a calm rational man.
 
I just tried it, got in, checked existing reservations, checked for availability and my contracts, no problems.
 
You are not the first to tell me they have had clear sailing. Ever since we were prompted to "link" our accounts it's been nothing short of a hot mess.:confused3
 
I wonder if it is something on your end, cookies or cache? I haven't had any issues and haven't seen many posts about it. I has some issues with layout and design but no performance issues.
 

I just got in with no problem and did a few searches and other things.
 
Just got off the phone with member services a short 15 minute phone call they had to reset all of our information and start from "scratch".

They had no explanation for the glitch but assured us it was one.
Just took the website for a test drive and ran beautifully thanks for all the input.
