DVCers cannot get prepaid photopass

Just got off the phone with a photopas rep, and DVCers are not included in photopass prepaid availability.

Cash resevations receive an email about Photopass with the option to prepay 45 days before your trip, but DVC reservations are NOT included.

What gives? I'm staying on property, why does it not apply to us?

That might not be the final word. I just read a report on another site from someone who got the targeted email discount, and isn't even staying onsite, but did make ADRs online.

I suspect that, going forward, some people will get promotional photopass offers, they won't be identical from person to person, and some people won't get them at all---just like all the other targeted promotions they've offered. For example, the various shopping offers that went out last year come to mind. (Buy a $500 gift card for less, etc.) It's never clear why some people get them and others don't, unless you happen to be privvy to Disney's marketing efforts and the demographics they are trying to attract at any given point.
