DVC withdrawl, go back with me!

I am having terrible DVC withdrawl today. Maybe because I am still trying to thaw out after having played in the snow today! Any ways, I just got to reminising about DVC. What reminds you of DVC or what can you picture when you close your eyes? For me it is:

I just refilled my dish soap and used green Palmolive (maybe this is what started it) and I think of those cute little bottles that are in the villas

I can picture the kids waving from the top of the Luna Park slide and grandpa bobbing around talking to everyone

I can taste Giordanos stuffed pizza

I would love to be walking aroung the BW holding DH's hand right now or flying around on Dumbo

I can see myself stretching out in my DVC MB listening to the sounds of the Friendships vessels tooting

I could go on and on...what are you missing?

Hi,

I miss relaxing @ BCV! I would love to be having a No Way Jose @ B&C! I am not feeling so hot & something cold going down my thoat would be so good right now!! Also it would be great to be in warmer weather. We had ice yesterday (living in NC) so dreaming to be back.

Even when we not staying at WL, we go to the dock and take a boat. So, I think of the trees covered with Spanish Moss, and the cypress knees, and the herons, and the ducks.

Growing up in S.C., I went to school with a girl who could put 3 syllables in the word "No". I can only imagine what she could do with 3 letters!

ANYHOOOO...

It's the music that gets to me. Seems like everywhere in WDW, and at our "homes", too -- there's music, always made to fit the theme. You're at OKW -- hear those steel drums! You're at VWL -- feel that pioneer pride and wilderness majesty! And of course, you get more of it at the parks, at DTD, everywhere. You're just surrounded by music! I really miss that aspect, especially at work... I guess there's no good soundtrack for a large chemical plant, I guess! And I'd create my own -- but I am pretty sure the managemt would frown on that...

Guess I'll just have to hum my own tunes and whistle while I work....

For some reason, when I come to this board each day, I always seem to be reminded of DVC. Go figure!

Since I have only been dreaming of DVC for a couple of years now and only last week become a member, I can honestly say that.......

Granny makes me think of DVC.

Although I am sure after my first trip "Home" there will mbe many other things added to that list.
