How can access the DVC member website? When I got my information kit about three weeks ago, there was a letter in there saying I would get a pin number mailed to me shortly. It's been a month and I still did not get a pin number. Who should I call? I tried to call my guide yesterday about it, but I know they were busy with the promotion ending. Should I call member services? If so, does someone have the phone number... I'm at work and I don't have it with me.

The telephone # for member services is 800 800 9800. They usually send you a postcard with the PIN # and you can access the site with your number provided in your information kit. It took me almost two weeks to get my wife's and I had to call and get mine. The number on your contract is what you log on with initially and is different from your member number. Call member services, they should be able to help you.

MS will give you your pin. Once you log on with it you have to change the pins to what you want. Its been a month for me as well and I still have not received anything from DVC about my pin. I actually called the day I got my contracts from Fed Ex. As long as you have your member # for MS your good to go.
