DVC website question

I have logged onto the DVC member website many times and every time I do, I cannot get the site to give me info on indiviual places to stay- like concierge collection etc. Basically, all I get is the main page items and what they lead to, but to click onto something in a secondary way- ie from homepage, I click on concierge collection- it comes up- from the concierge collection page, I click onto the Kapulua Bay Hotel- all I get is a blue screen.
Can anyone give me suggestions on what to do ? Am I the only one this happens to? IS there an email addy or phone number I can call to get it fixed? Or can I do it myself? Thanks everyone- any help would be appreciated!
 
You have to have Adobe Acrobat software to open those links. I'm pretty sure the DVC site has somewhere to click to get the software (it's free).

If you have a dial-up connection, even with the Adobe, I sometimes have a problem getting things to load.
