DVC WEBSITE PROBLEMS

I've been trying to update my profile (just changing phone numbers) on website since Friday. When I'm on site, I can add a new number but can't delete old one. The update profile button you're supposed to click doesn't do anything (doesn't work). I did manage to get thru via phone for assistance with web and they said they changed/updated everything. I went back to check and it was all the same. And same problem with the update profile button. After many calls to Member Services (couldn't get thru due to very long wait times 25 + minutes), I got thru yesterday. I could barely understand the women talking, her accent was heavy. She kept putting me on hold, calling the web people, kept coming back saying it's updated. I checked again this morning and all my old numbers still there. Anyone have this problem, what should I do?

I wouldn't go thru DVC....call Disney technical support. Here's a number someone gave me a few months ago that helped solve a problem I had: 407 939 7765

Back when MDE first debuted (at least 3-4 years ago), I had some problems consistently accessing my account. When I called support, they could see that I had multiple accounts in their database, some going back more than 10 years. The way it was explained to me, there was a time when all of the Disney/ESPN/ABC websites had their own unique user databases. I had probably created accounts in multiple sites using the same email address. But somewhere along the way, those databases were all merged. That left me with multiple accounts under the same username & email. The support rep was able to "clean things up" (perhaps deleting the duplicate entries) and I haven't had a problem since.
 
Today is the 7-month window for Christmas Eve. I wonder if they are having some crazy volume issues. I usually don't have any problems, but today the site won't even take my money for dues. You know it's bad when you can't give them money. Lol.

Me too. Making me crazy. I have a waitlist, but need to bank by the end of the month, so it's crunch time. I want to see what else is open, but can't get on.
 
The only way I was able to get in was to go to the WDW website and use the DVC link at the very bottom of the page. I tried both ways a few times with the same results. I was able to book my reservation.
