DVC website down?

Hey all -
I can't consistently get in beyond the login page on the DVC website. When I do get past the login page and try to navigate anywhere else I get the "try again" page with the 7 dwarves on it.

Is anyone else having this problem? I try not to get paranoid about my vacations disappearing when this happens.

Yup I'm getting the same problem. It's seriously driving me nuts. I started trying to log in about 9pm, it's now 11:45 and the site is still down.

I'm having massive issues it just told me to contact member accounting to discuss an ongoing dispute despite my dues being up to date and there being no dispute that I have been made aware of

I just tried the site and I can get as far as trying to book, but then I get an error message to try again in a few minutes. All I want to find out is what exactly is my 7 months out date. Don't know if I can book Aulani today, tomorrow or Thursday. UGH! I guess I will have to call at 9 am and prepare to be on hold forever.

They really need to fix their website. Apparently their hiring of more knowledgeable people from India to do IT support isn't working out too well. Just MHO.

I was able to log on properly and use the resort availability tool properly. HOPE that it is fixed for all trying to make reservations if there is a problem at 8am sharp!

Couldn't get the dang thing to work yesterday and gave up, haven't tried today.

What's say we start sending emails to Iger since DVC management knows that there is a problem but doesn't fix it!

That would be a good idea. Where is an address we can complain to, either via email or snail mail. Still couldn't get in, and on an 11 minute hold to member services.

DVC does not have a Website. They have a Beta Test, unregulated joke - sadder than many national Doughnut shops.
One day, I hope that this fine corporation will get a real CIO, and get serious about doing business over the Internet. Today is not that day.

They closed MS early yesterday due to a "system outage". I called several times because I need to renew our APs so I can get FPs. I didn't get any errors on the website when I looked although I wasn't fining availability for anything I searched on. If I can't get the passes renewed by today I'm probably going to be shut out of some of the FPs I want for my trip.

Just got through and got my ressie at Aulani!!!!!! He troubleshooted with me. Apparently it is a problem with Internet Explorer which is what I generally use. Tried Chrome while I was on the phone with him and it worked great. So, use Chrome if making a reservation.

Thanks for the "heads up". Computers sometimes are CRAZY! If this is your first time at Aulani, hope that you will LOVE IT as much as we did for our May '14 trip. ENJOY!

Nope, no surprise.... DVC, and WDW, do not HAVE a Website. The longer we pretend that they do? The longer it will take them to actually CREATE a functioning Web Presence.

This will be our 2nd time at Aulani and we are so looking forward to returning. Last time we went was Sept. 2013, so I guess we are on the every 2.5 year plan. Got a one bedroom ocean view, but all views and size villas were available. We plan on staying 4 days before Aulani in Waikiki (it's just cool and to go to Waimanalo beach). Then after Aulani we will head to Kauai for 10 days. Got to take advantage since it costs so much to get there!
