DVC VWL pricing question?!

Hi Everyone!

Have a quick question about fair selling/buying price for VWL and ROFR.

We're trying to pick up 250 points at VWL...250 points for 08, 09, 10; 08 points expire 12/01/10. Is 72/pt too much/less or a fair price? How likely is Disney to allow that to go through?
