DVC vs AP discount comparisons

For the life of me, I cannot find the chart that shows the various discount comparisons. I vaguely remember seeing one once that had a DVC/AP/Visa break down. It had color codes and was broken down across multiple categories. Any help locating that one or a similar one would be helpful!

By any chance was it MousePerks? They have a website that show the discounts for Tables in Wonderland, annual passes, DVC, and Disney Visa card. I just don't know if it's been updated with the latest AP's and any other recent changes.
