I've always felt like I've great service from Member Services cast members. One recent call illustrates what they are willing to do for us, to make our magical vacations.
We own at OKW and AKV, with june use year on all contracts. We had some banked AKV '08 points, and some current '09 points on OKW and all '09 points at AKV. Wanted to make a reservation at AKV within the 7 month window and not use any '09 AKV points because I was going to bank them later and use '09 and '10 points over Christmas 2010. Also, the reservation was from May 30 - June 3 2009, stradling two use years.
For this reservation we used the banked '08 akv points, for the May 30 & 31 section (still in '09, so ok) banked some okw '09 points into '10 leaving just enough points to complete the May 30 & 31 part of the reservation, and then use the points banked into '10 plus current OKW '10 points to complete the reservation.
Net result - reservation made, '08 banked points used, and all current '09 points available for banking into '10 so that I will have the necessary points that we need for the Christmas reservation. Without the cast member working with me we would not have been able to accomplish this, and he was kind and pleasant the entire time. Needless to say, I stayed on the line afterwards and gave the call all "5's".
