dvc tax question

researched for months and took tour of model at wdw couple of weeks ago. planning to buy BLT next week.

i already have a second home i rent out. will i be able to write off the interest payments on the dvc purchase if i finance? what about the taxes i'll pay through the MF? i hear IRS sees dvc as a second home purchase, but since i already have one, does a third home receive the same treatment from uncle sam? and does it matter that i rent it out?
