DVC system down--couldn't add a night to my stay

I just tried to add the night of Dec. 11th to my stay at the Boardwalk, and was told the DVC systems are down. They told me to call back later.

I did a transfer at 9:15a and it was ok, maybe its back up.

The system came up just as the CM was telling me it was down.

Only two more call-ins left and our holiday trip will be complete.

BTW - MS is closed on MLK day (Monday)

I called right at 9am and my first room went through fine while the CM tried to add-on my night to the second room it went down.

She put me on hold for just a few minutes and it came back up and I got the night. This was between 9am - 9:15.

I am excited about only 2 more call-ins as well! I started calling on January 4th!

Believe me, it wouldn't be the first time....My 14 y/o DD blames me for everything....even the weather, so I'm getting a bit used to it.....

I called to finish out our reservations for 3 studios at VWL dec3-8 and she got all of the days I lacked but the last night for 2 of my studios.I went on the waitlist.I cannot believe it

I called at 9:02 and she told me they were having computer problems and I said I'll try back later....called again at 9:10 and all was well and I was able to complete my 7 month day by day ressie for the BCV.
