DVC Studios--will we be cramped?

Stayed at OKW last summer in a studio and will be in a studio at SSR in 2 1/2 weeks. I guess it all boils down to this....how much space do you need and how much time do you really think you will spend in the room other than sleeping and getting ready in the morning? I like OKW because of the 2 queen beds but I will be on the sofa at SSR for a week on our next trip. The OKW Studio has a decent sized closet and a table with a couple of chairs. They also have a patio or deck. Both studios we have stayed at in OKW have been corner units on the second level and both within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) of the main pool and Hospitality House, 2 bus stops and the boat launch to DTD. Since my sister is DVC, when we check in, we ask what rooms are available and ask to stay as close to the Hospitality House so it doesn't hurt to ask. We are usually given a few options and we choose which one works for us.

We've stayed in studios at BWV and WL with our family of 4 ... much roomier than a room at Pop. We fold up the sofa bed during the day, so we have a little lounge area with couch and TV. Plus, you get the little kitchenette area with an extra sink ... no kitchenette at the values or moderates.

Like a previous poster mentioned, people who are "too cramped" in a studio are probably used to a one bedroom (or larger).

Except the BLT studio is the smallest of all, smaller than BWV and VWL.
