DVC stay and online dining?

Hi all, We are back from our last trip "Through Disney" and now I am in plan mode for our first trip home to BLT in November.

So I thought I would ask the DVC experts about booking dining now that they are available online to book. I know for the people making reservation through Disney they get to book their dining ressies online at 90 plus 10. But they have to put in a reservation number to do that. On the Disney site I am unable to pull up the DVC reservation. I have gone to the DVC website and don't see where we can book dining.

We aren't 90 days out yet so I have some time, but I just want to get an idea of how to do this. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Are you going to the disney site under book -> dining? That is where you input your DVC ressie number and it should come up. AFAIK you select a restaurant and then you can pull up your reservation. I know it's able to find mine for Nov.

I went to the link provided in the FAQ for the online dining in the Restarant boards. Is there another place to go. I did try to enter my reservation for November (the 12 digit DVC number) and our home phone. I can't imagine them having any other phone.

I just went and looked at the link on the restaurant board and that's the same place where I was able to pull up my ressie. It seems that if there's still a glitch it can be the phone number. Have you tried your cell? Or I just tried pulling mine up using 000-000-0000 for the phone number and it worked.

Kathy, Thank you I got it to come up. I figured out once I went to a restaurant and they asked me to retrieve my reservation. I was trying to logon on the main website before I went to the Restaurant link. Thanks so much. I can see the reservation but of course we can't book yet so the calendar gets grayed out for that time period.

Thanks so much! I will now have to plan the dining for the trip. When in November are you going? We are going the week of Thanksgiving but we are actually leaving WDW on Turkey day so we hope to miss most of the crowds!

Glad you got it to work!

We'll be there earlier in the month. I have a conference at US and then we're adding on a vacation at WDW. My scary part is that we'll be catching the last weekend of F&W and Jersey week before my conference starts. That's about as busy as I dare go yet. I'm afraid we'll miss most of the Christmas decorations though unless we're very lucky since we're scheduled to depart on the 17th but we should get to a MVMCP to enjoy the MK festivities.

I think immediately before Thanksgiving should be a great time - all the decorations and hopefully missing the worst crowds. Now to get the dining we want!!!!

ok, my ressi comes up but it will only allow me to book the one day (90day out) from check in. nothing else. i called last week and they told me it would work up to 90 plus 7. once again dvc members are second class guest.
