DVC starting at river country late 2012/early 2013

Sorry about that. The text said that more plans and permitsd were taken out in the spring of 2012.

The map showed the River country main lake water pool there as part of a water/pool area and other new biuldings, but not the DVC in the lake wings that previous maps showed.

the map was not easy to make out!

I was wondering if anone else had heard of this?

There was quite a bit of talk about that maybe a year or more ago on the DVC boards. But now they are doing the GF DVC and heavy rumors of a Poly DVC in the future, so I'm not sure if the River Country thing is dead now. Haven't heard anything about it in a long time, and what I did ever hear was just based on someone seeing some of the plans.

According to the boat captain from the Contemporary to Ft. Wilderness who I talked to last night there are plans for DVC Treehouses that will be a new phase of the Wilderness Lodge Villas.

At least that's what I heard, fwiw.

Indications so far are that River country DVC will follow GF DVC, with Poly renovation and DVC starting while River country is beign finished up. Makes sense, so that that still have lots of unsold DVC to use as replacment rooms for the poly rooms being missing

Well that sure does make sense!

I am sorry I cannot get the map link to work here...I am lucky to manage to trun on the puter sometimes!

What I did see different in this map then the ones a year go, was that river country lake water pool and are was intact, I am sure it will be totally rebiult in some form, but the older maps didn't show it in place at all.
