DVC Sorcerors Pass Renewal No Longer Available?

I went to renew my Sorcerors Pass online this morning and a message appeared saying they are no longer offered and that an Incredi Pass was my only option. Is this true?

You have to call MS to renew that pass. It is not eligible for renewal online.
