DVC Site is Down this morning 12/18

It seems to keep working then not working. I've been able to login a couple of times this morning and check availability....once I check the dues section it then goes down and I can't get logged back in. I'm in right now.

Yes, crashed. Dues are up and everyone is trying to get in. I applied my Disney Rewards Dollars but never completed the transaction - stuck on "you're almost there".

I was able to do what I needed to do without issue, but I was on at 8am Eastern to walk two reservations.

Yup, dead.... PING it to death . We got in long enough to see our 2021 dues, and page capture them.
Oddly? We did very WELL with 300 points at BRV... 2021 dues were LOWER than 2020 dues.

We will pay WDW as soon as they actually want the money .

Disney wasn't the only site with traffic issues. I placed a grocery order for pickup at walmart yesterday for pickup this morning. I received the text that my order was ready, but then their system crashed, and froze my phone when I tried to check in that I was on my way. I had to call them once I got there. and then reboot my phone. Those poor workers were running around trying to find out who was there and waiting for their groceries, and apparently some order were just lost in cyberspace.

It was up and running this morning as I got in and was able to access all of my dues information to review. But, it went down shortly after that.

I heard that other divisions of Disney had issues too so it may have been a server issue?

As of right now, I can sign in to the member website but not access the Annual dues section. When I try I get the 7 dwarfs.

I have gotten a few loads. Only got to see the detail on one of my contacts. SSR had a credit from 2020 of 0.86 per point. Plus a 0.10 tax credit. Reserved taxes was 1.29, actual was 1.19, this years new reserve is 1.32. BWV and AKV had similar patterns. .70 to .90 credit on expenses and a .10 credit on taxes. The only disconcerting thing is why does the reserve on taxes keep going up? We "over-reserved" this year and the county lost the lawsuit. They should lower the reserve. It is almost like DVD gets to hold our cash interest free for the year.

Personally, I’d rather see them do it this way as i handle my own home property taxes this way.

The site seems to be up and running again and I was just able to view all 4 of my contracts in both UYs.
