DVC sent me someone else's contract!!

I sense it is for less points then your contract should be. Only kidding. I would contact DVC immediately. It was probably a clerical mistake made where the wrong contract numbers/names got mixed up, or the wrong contracts got mailed to the wrong members. This is very unlike DVC they are usually very accurate. I am sure it is a mistake that will be easily corrected.

This happened to us. The contract was ours but the points and use year were not. There was a mixup between ours and another person's contract. But it was fixed speedily, and we actually closed almost a month before we were supposed to. Nancy

Everything they sent wasn't ours. The Fedex pkg had our name/address, but it was someones elses. I did get a call back (I called as soon as I opened it) and they assured me that our paperwork hadn't gone out yet. I hope this is true as Social Security #s on on the contracts.

Well, people do make mistakes, even Disney CMs. And since you aren't the type to scam someone's SS#, which you could since you have their paperwork, why not give the other potential DVCers the benefit of the same doubt?

Agree. And I suspect they (DVC) will get it corrected straight away.

When I got my contract 2 years ago, they sent me the right contract, just the wrong CC info for my $500 deposit. It was some other guys' CC info/deposit.

I called the #, and they got it straight. After I talked to the man very nicely, I ended up getting a $50 Disney dollars from DVC for the mistake!!

SO..... You might want to go the nice route and talk to them (DVC), and maybe something good might come out of this!!!!
