What type of rooms are exchanged for DVC points when booking at Disneyland Paris hotels? Are they at a certain level? Thanks for any help.

They are normally standard rooms. Converting your DVC points for a hotel room in DLP is very costly - it's normally much cheaper to buy a package using one of the European offers available via the DLP webiste.

We'll be staying via DVC in a couple of weeks at Sequoia Lodge. To my understanding it's a standard room, but breakfast is included... which I found interesting. Alas, no laundry, though.

I love that we are able to use DVC to knock a few things off the bucket list... like Disneyland Paris and other cruises. Maybe it's not the most economical use of points, but it's how we choose to use ours and those vacations are the most memorable for us.

Oh no! now I'm worried about what you mean to adjust expectations? Re. hotels? parks? countries? so many possibilities, lol.

Tickets are not included in the DVC exchange while they are included in all hotel packages. Tickets for DLP are quite expensive for multi days, if you plan to stay 3 days or more an annual pass is more convenient and we are talking of 200+€ when comparing hotel packages take that additional cost in consideration.
Take a look at the european websites and shop around different county offers. You can get often really good deals.
