Other then the options during online check in, what's the best way for more specific requests?

We either add the request if we are talking to MS or we email the request via the member website. We also double check later to see if the request was actually added to the reservation, in the past it was not.

We usually call MS and then about 5 days before call MS again to make sure that it is in fact attached to the reservation. Learned the hard way one year, never called to follow up and sure enough was never added originally. Better to double check!
