Magic Bands are not transferrable. The authorization process is you add them to the room, pay for their plan, then they're legitimately authorized to charge to the room or not based on rules you set for them.

Good point - that would be a restriction to doing it that way.

Oh good grief. It's not a big deal. It's a parent giving permission to a child to use their snack credits. Not technically supposed to but I don't see the problem. No different than mom walking up and buying snack and then turning around to hand it to her kid.
