DVC Rocks!! Pixie Dust in the Mail!!!

When I arrived home today on my front porch was a very large box from Walt Disney World Florist. I know my husband didn't send it, he is trying to pay off the upcoming trip. To my utter shock it was from DVC.

We had purchased our DVC under the Disney Visa Card promotion and they really screwed up the $500.00 reward dollars. It took months, many phone calls to get the $$$ to show up on our statement.

Today they sent me a Thank you, sorry it took us so long get you the $$$ Gift Basket. It totally rocks! It has a cool Mickey Figurine paper clip holder, a Disney Watch, Disney cookies, and candy, all in a Mickey shaped basket.

I love DVC, and I really needed a pick me up today. My Dad just found out he has to have surgery this week, so I am running our business by myself. Just a little stressed out. So this really made my day, can't wait until our 1st trip home in 2 1/2 weeks.

We got the same thing. I was so excited and the kids couldn't wait to dig in. I called many times as well but they finally came through and I thought that was it. DVC is awesome. Quality!!

Totally unexpected!!! We had one delivered today also. DVC is great. We did not receive our Disney Rewards until March but we did not expect anything extra. Can't wait until May 4 when we arrive for our first trip to AKV.

I also got this surprise. I was so glad that I was working from home today. It took me a few months and calls to get my rewards. Didn't expect anything else as the $500 is a big bonus to begin with. Mine has a covered mug/tumbler too!! Really cool.

Hope your dad's surgery goes well and he is feeling better soon.

Thanks for the nice thoughts, we are waiting for them to schedule it. He told the surgeon that I had a vacation planned and he needed to get this done quick so I could get to Disney.

I am still waiting for my reward dollars!!! Have been in contact with my guide numerous times and he has assured me that it will be coming,but it has been a real pain. Glad you got a little extra special 'something' to compensate for the long wait.

We purchased in late Sept. and closed in late Oct. We were suppose to get them by Dec. and then was told Feb. after a call to our guide. Finally received them in late March. There was confusion as to the code DVC had to use when submitting to Disney Visa. Just happy it was straightened out before our first trip so we would be able to use the Disney Rewards Card for our meals. I am sure it will be resolved.

We closed in late October, so I'm hoping ours show up soon as we were planning to use the reward $$ for our May trip. I am sure you are right and it will be resolved, I just need to remind myself that patience pays off.
